Becton Marching Band Performs In Annual East Rutherford Parade EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The Henry P. Becton Regional High School marching band recently participated in the Columbus Day Parade in East Rutherford.  The band was led by drum major and Becton junior, Sabrina Healey. The band, directed by Corey Moore and Jeff Schweikardt, is comprised of students from Becton Regional High School and A.S. Faust Intermediate School. The band performs in two parades, one exhibition, a pep rally, freshman orientation, and at seventh- and eighth-grade Becton open houses.

Kids Of All Ages Welcome At Lyndhurst Halloween Parade LYNDHURST, N.J. -- Lyndhurst's annual Halloween Parade will be Saturday, Oct. 29, with a rain date of Sunday, Oct. 30. Children of all ages are welcome to participate. Trick-or-treaters will assemble at 1 p.m. in the Town Hall Park on Delafield Avenue. Goody bags will be given out at the end of the parade. As in previous years, the children will march past the Carucci Apartments allowing the seniors an opportunity to see their costumes.
