SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J. -- South Hackensack police cracked their third recent human trafficking case when they arrested a Newark man who they said was pimping out two teenage girls at motels on Route 46.
A judge ordered Ricky James, 32, held on $300,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail on charges of human trafficking, promoting prostitution and child endangerment.
Undercover detectives who answered an ad for sex for sale discovered that one of the girls was 17 and the other had recently turned 18, Capt. Robert Kaiser told Daily Voice.
