HOW YOU CAN HELP: Hackensack PBA Local #9 and the city Fire Department are sponsoring a clothing drive tomorrow to help churches supply clothing and food to needy families affected by Hurricane Sandy. It runs from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Johnson Park (see map below).

“Look around your homes and gather up any clothes you wish to donate to those in Bergen County who have lost everything,” Detective John Mora said.

“All clothing, coats, shoes, canned food, diapers — anything you think would help people in their time of need will be collected and donated,” Mora said.

Some of the proceeds from the union’s already-scheduled Comedy Night tomorrow will be donated to the cause, as well.

The event, from 7 – 11 p.m., is at the Boys & Girls Club of Lodi, 460 Passaic Ave.

It features a DJ and 50/50 raffle. Donation: $50.
