The event was organized by Westwood mom Annie Joachim, who launched a toy drive through her Facebook group, Bergen County Moms, for Lil Ryu.

The Little Ferry toddler will be in the hospital for Christmas and his 5th birthday, but Joachim is determined to keep a smile on his face.

The troop wrapped almost 100 presents, which firefighters delivered following the event.

Joachim will deliver more toys on Saturday with hot meals for Christmas and Christmas Eve.
