MAYWOOD, N.J. — A Maywood couple who moved into their Oak Avenue home in October 2014 were presented with a $2,500 check to renovate their 1950s upstairs bathroom Friday afternoon.

Karen and Jonce Dimoski, whose story will be featured on TLC's "Say Yes to the Dress " Saturday evening, received the most votes on their submission to e-Lend's Facebook contest earlier this year for the “Renovate Your Life” sweepstakes.

So far, they've redone their kitchen, siding and more. They are going to put the money toward their bathroom and hopefully a dishwasher, Karen said.

"The whole idea behind the contest is to empower our borrowoers to renovate their home however they choose," eLendChief Marketing Officer Jennifer LoBianco told Daily Voice.

"By giving Karen and Jonce this gift card, we are empowering them to make their renovation dreams come true."
