Freezing Rain Kicks Off Wacky Weather Week In Bergen

The National Weather Service has issued a freezing rain advisory until around 1 p.m. Tuesday in Bergen and Passaic counties.

The second winter storm to impact the area in as many days will arrive late Wednesday night and could result in around six inches of snow.

Temperatures are expected to rise to a high of almost 60 degrees through Wednesday evening, before a cold front moves across the region into Thursday.

Meteorologists are also predicting between two and six inches of snow on Thursday, which could affect commutes.
