D1 Recruit Transfers From Paramus Catholic To Hackensack Following Brawl

PARAMUS, N.J. — A Paramus Catholic football coach has been accused of punching a player, NJ.com reports.

Charles Hardy says his son, Dorian Hardy, was punched in the face by assistant coach Michael Mitchell last Friday during a brawl following practice, NJ.com reports.  

Mitchell is also the father of one of the four players involved in the brawl, the article says.

Hardy of Elizabeth, a defensive end, has left the school and another top recruit involved in the fight, Jonathan Clark, has transferred to Hackensack, the article says.

Hardy has verbally committed to play for Penn State next year.
