The second of two votes will occur following a public hearing, the article says.

Governor Christie earlier this month signed a legislation mandating that schools adopt a policy allowing parents and guardians to administer medical marijuana to students while on school grounds, on a school bus or during a school-sponsored event, NorthJersey.com reports.
