The 1,025-square-feet lease agreement was handled by NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE, who represented the landlord
The office building is located in the center of Hackensack and provides signage on Main Street. The property features three offices, a reception area and waiting room, plus front and side parking.
“The site was previously occupied by a dental practice (since 1989) and the dentist recently found someone to sell their practice to,” said Lizzack. “The space will continue to be used as a dental practice under the new ownership and lease agreement.
Team Lizzack Horning was brought in to negotiate the reassignment and extension of the lease to the new tenant.
