Donald G. McKaba, 52, was ordered held on $150,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment.
On Friday, "a juvenile female reported to the Upper Saddle River Police Department that she was sexually assaulted by a man inside his residence after a New Year’s Eve party," Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said. "Detectives of the Upper Saddle River Police Department notified the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and a joint investigation ensued."
McKaba, who is married and owns his own business, was then arrested, he said. A Jan. 12 arraignment was set.
