Officers Stephen Knatz and Brian Kropp were on patrol when they spotted 25-year-old Kaitlin Blair around 9:30 p.m., Capt. Robert Kaiser told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning.
Blair and Andrew Guinta, 23, also of Lodi, were taken into custody after a search turned up the contraband.
Blair was violated in April after a shoplifting arrest, records show. She was being held on a combined $57,500 in the Bergen County Jail.
Guinta, who also had several outstanding traffic warrants, was being held on $7,500 bail.
