HACKENSACK, N.J. – Bergen County prosecutor’s detectives busted two Bronx men in the middle of a nearly five-pound cocaine deal in a livery cab that they stopped in Hackensack, authorities said Friday.
Investigators acting on a tip stopped the car and arrested Juan Pache Cedeno, 52, and Angel Hernandez Nunez, 42, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Grewal credited the federal Homeland Security Investigations agency and Hackensack police for their roles in the Thursday bust.
A judge ordered both men held on $175,000 bail each in the Bergen County Jail on drug possession charges.
