MAYWOOD, N.J. — Maywood resident Joanne E. McReynolds, 62, died Monday, June 6.
She worked for Verizon in customer service for more than 30 years, before retiring in 2010 and then went to work for the Bergen Record newspaper as a customer service representative the past five years.
McReynolds is survived by her daughter, Jamie Ortiz and her husband, Ivan; her sister, Rosemary Thorn and her husband, Dean; her sister, Marjorie Deevy and her husband, Timothy; and her sister, Rita Sheehan and her husband, John. She also is survived by her grandson, Devin Ortiz; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will begin at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Trinka-Faustini Funeral Service, 439, Maywood Ave., Maywood, with the funeral Mass starting at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 34 Maple Ave., Hackensack.
Burial to follow George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
