Born in 1969, Scarpulla was an imaging technologist at Valley Hospital, in Ridgewood.
She is survived by her husband, Pete Scarpulla; children Benjamin Scarpulla and Abigail Scarpulla; father Frank Pinto and his wife Janice; and siblings Frank Pinto Jr. and his wife Ariel, Laureen Vasil Sucek and her husband Charles, Toni Scaletti and her husband Robert, and Greg Vasil.
Scarpulla was predeceased by her mother, Rosemarie (Lukasiewicz) Scarpulla.
The funeral will begin on Friday, Jan. 6, at 9 a.m. from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Service, 397 Union St., in Hackensack, with a 10:15 a.m. mass at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 34 Maple Ave., in Hackensack. Burial will follow, at George Washington Memorial Park, in Paramus.
