HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Alan J, Competiello, 73, of Hackensack, died Sept.18.
He was born Aug. 24, 1943, in Passaic.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was employed by the Melon Bank in Jersey City in the finance department before retiring.
Private funeral services are under the supervision of Macagna Diffily Onorato Funeral Home of Rutherford.
