Authorities found a FedEx package for a GPS tracking device in the apartment of Raphael Lolos, 40. They later found a GPS tracker matching the description of the package on Jenny Londono, the victim's, vehicle during an investigation on June 30, NorthJersey.com reported.

Authorities charged Lolos with murder after finding Londondo's torso floating in the Hudson River near Pier 44 in Brooklyn last month.

Police said Lolos had been following Londondo for weeks and that the incidents of stalking took place in Edgewater, Englewood and Bergenfield, NorthJersey.com reported.
