The 38th district Democratic Assemblyman was born Dec. 27, 1956 and turns 60 on Tuesday. He is in his third term representing Legislative District 38 in central Bergen County.
Eustace was born in Passaic and graduated Blair Academy in Blairstown in 1974. He graduated from Ramapo College in 1978 and Pennsylvania College of Chiropractic in 1985.
He is openly gay and raised two children with his husband, the late Kevin Williams. The two ran the Maywood Rotary Kenya Project until Williams death in 2015.
Eustace Is a chiropractor in Maywood and was the mayor of Maywood from 2008-11. His election to the Assembly in 2011 made him the first openly gay person elected to the New Jersey Legislature as a non-incumbent.
He is the chairman of the Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee.
