Hackensack Fitness Instructor Poses In Park Thursday

HACKENSACK, N.J. — A Hackensack fitness instructor is holding a yoga event aimed at bringing the diverse community together outside on Thursday, May 26 in Staib Park.

The 6:30 p.m. event will move community members toward the similar goal of being healthy and having fun, empowerFit Chief Motivating Officer and President Lateefah Fleming said.

Way Better Snacks, Center for Modern Dance Education, HealthyMeHealthyU2, Cake Dessert and Design Studio and Lavash Grill have signed on to sponsor and contribute.
