HACKENSACK, N.J. – A local real estate development firm recently collected nearly 500 toys and gifts for donation to a nonprofit social services organization.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises collected the items – including winter accessories and gift cards – from tenants, employees and vendors throughout the holiday season during its annual “Operation Holiday” gift and toy drive, according to a statement from the firm.
The gifts were recently donated to Eva’s Village in Paterson, according to the statement.
“We are extremely grateful to everyone at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises for keeping Eva’s Village in their thoughts during the recent holiday season,” said Angela Vance, a volunteer coordinator at the nonprofit agency. “Because of these donations, children in our residence were guaranteed to receive more than one toy for Christmas, and many youngsters received up to three toys, as well as stocking stuffers and other small gifts.”
Vance continued, describing the donation as one that “made Christmas brighter for these children as well as for the parents who experienced the joy on their children’s faces.”
Headquartered in Hackensack, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is a family-owned and managed business, according to the statement.
