HackensackUMC Cardiologist Speaking On Heart Attack Care In Tenafly

TENAFLY, N.J. -- The Tenafly Senior Center will be hosting a community resource fair in conjunction with the Health Awareness Regional Program at Hackensack University Medical Center on Thursday, June 23.

The 12:30 p.m. event will feature an educational presentation on early heart attack care by Sarah Timmapuri, a cardiologist at HUMC, at 1 p.m.

Assessments for blood pressure, fall risk and nutrition, along with tables of information, will also be included at the event.

Representatives from organizations such as Bergen County Senior Services, EZ Ride, CHORE and the Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources will be on hand, as well.

The event is free and open to the public.
