'Kicked Out': Shops At Riverside Stores To Shutter

Some of your favorite stores at the Shops at Riverside in Hackensack are leaving, one announced on social media.

Mr. Cupcakes posted on Instagram that the following stores are getting "kicked out" of the mall due to a redevelopment plan:

Hugo Boss
Victoria Secret
Sunglass Hut
L'Occitane

And possibly more, Mr. Cupcakes said.

Daily Voice left a message mall officials and Simon Group's media relations department Monday morning and afternoon respectively.

Mr. Cupcakes announced their last day will be Easter Sunday and thanked

customers and mall employees for the last eight years of business.

"When one door closes another opens," they wrote. "We can assure you that another door will be opening in the next few months and nobody will be able to strip that store from us..ever!"
