The proposed projects include: converting Main and State streets for two-way traffic, a new sports center at Johnson Park, various road improvements and an upgrade and renovation project to a city recreation center, NorthJersey.com reported.

The projects would add approximately $19 million to the city's debt, but officials say it would not increase taxes, NorthJersey.com said.
