The homemade Sicilian rice balls. -- billed as "Not Your Nonna's arancini"  -- are based on the recipes of Elmwood Park resident Cynthia Pittari and come in a wide variety of flavors. (See earlier Daily Voice story HERE.)

Pittari runs the truck with her daughter and son-in-law, Rosa and Mike Eichman of Ramsey. The three like playing on the truck's gangster-style motif and "Don't Break My Balls" motto.
